Our client, a world-renowned cleanroom product manufacturer is seeking an Office Assistant to support a maintenance program at a high-tech production site. This is a dynamic role where you will have client visibility and serve a liaison between cross functional teams while providing administrative support in the form of data analysis and report preparation.

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay Rate:

$20.00 - $22.00

What?s the Job?

Manage production projects and liaise between clients, management, and employees

Coordinate and schedule new and routine installations, maintenance, and material replenishment

Manage Inventory Management System through data entry, editing, and updating records

Compile and manage the correspondence of various technical reports as requested

What?s Needed?

Problem solving aptitude with excellent attention to detail

Tech savvy individual with previous experience using SAP (or similar ERP systems)

Ability to multitask, Prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Previous experience using all MS Suites, proficiency using Microsoft Excel is necessary
