Occupational Therapist

We're Hiring an Occupational Therapist Location: Somerset, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve their ability to manage daily tasks and function more independently. This role focuses on evaluation, treatment planning, and hands-on therapy that supports practical progress in everyday living. You'll work closely with patients and the care team to create meaningful outcomes that improve safety, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients? physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
• Create treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
• Provide occupational therapy services that support daily living skills and independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed
• Teach patients and family members how to continue progress outside of sessions
• Recommend adaptive tools, techniques, or equipment when appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
• NBCOT certification required
• Prior clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
