As an Occupational Therapist you will play a vital role in helping clients improve their ability to perform daily activities through therapeutic interventions. You will assess clients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to support clients in achieving their goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting individuals recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or adapting to physical limitations. Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify strengths and limitations in their daily living skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and therapeutic needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
• Educate clients and their families on techniques and strategies to enhance independence in daily activities.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, and speech therapists.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document treatment sessions and outcomes accurately for compliance and billing purposes.
• Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote occupational therapy services.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a clinical or community setting.
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy assessment tools and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collaborative care.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in occupational therapy.
