Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently hiring a per-diem Occupational Therapist to join a Rehabilitation Facility in Woodstock, VA . This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while maintaining schedule flexibility with just one 8-hour shift per week .

Position Overview:

• Location: Woodstock, VA
• Employment Type: Per-Diem (1 day/week)
• Schedule: Fridays, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Hourly Rate: $39.01

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform evaluations and design personalized therapy plans
• Facilitate patient recovery through customized therapeutic exercises
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies
• Promote safety and independence in daily activities
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, RNs, and physicians
• Maintain thorough, accurate records of care and patient outcomes

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensure: Active Virginia OT license and BLS certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in rehab or acute care settings
• Skills:
• ADL assessment & treatment planning
• Adaptive equipment recommendations
• EMR documentation and clinical progress tracking
• Soft Skills: Compassionate, communicative, and patient-focused
