Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently hiring a per-diem Occupational Therapist to join a Rehabilitation Facility in Woodstock, VA . This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while maintaining schedule flexibility with just one 8-hour shift per week .
Position Overview:
- Location: Woodstock, VA
- Employment Type: Per-Diem (1 day/week)
- Schedule: Fridays, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Hourly Rate: $39.01
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform evaluations and design personalized therapy plans
- Facilitate patient recovery through customized therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies
- Promote safety and independence in daily activities
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, RNs, and physicians
- Maintain thorough, accurate records of care and patient outcomes

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure: Active Virginia OT license and BLS certification
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in rehab or acute care settings
- Skills:
- ADL assessment & treatment planning
- Adaptive equipment recommendations
- EMR documentation and clinical progress tracking
- Soft Skills: Compassionate, communicative, and patient-focused
