We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join a reputable Rehabilitation Facility in Clovis, NM . This per-diem position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Ideal for clinicians seeking additional hours or a low-commitment schedule.

• Perform evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities
• Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing ADLs, strength, and coordination
• Instruct patients and caregivers in the use of adaptive tools and home exercises
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PTs, SLPs, and physicians
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with clinical protocols
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility guidelines

Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure & Certifications:
• Active New Mexico OT license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience: 1+ year in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
• Technical Skills:
• Experience in evaluations, treatment planning, and adaptive equipment
• EMR documentation proficiency
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and teamwork
