Occupational Therapist (Hybrid) Hours/Schedule: 40 hours, Salay Exempt Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Waypoint Maine ? Sanford, ME We Are Growing! Waypoint Maine is seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic, mission-driven team. This hybrid position blends meaningful in-person work with flexible remote opportunities, supporting both children and adults across a variety of settings.

Position Overview This role includes in-person services at the Fraser Ford School in Sanford, Maine, a year-round day treatment setting serving students from Pre-K through Grade 4. In this setting, the Occupational Therapist will provide both direct services and consultative support. When not on-site at the school, the Occupational Therapist will conduct assistive technology assessments for adults with physical, cognitive, or sensory disabilities. These services may be delivered remotely or in person.

• Provide occupational therapy services to children in a therapeutic school environment
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Conduct assistive technology evaluations for adult clients
• Recommend and support the use of:
• Assistive and adaptive equipment
• Wearable and accessible technologies
• Home and environmental modifications
• Deliver training and education to clients, families, and caregivers

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current State of Maine Occupational Therapy License
• NBCOT (National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal History Record Check (CHRC)

• Valid driver's license
• Successful completion of all required background checks
• Physical ability to:
• Climb stairs
• Sit and stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Navigate uneven terrain
