Blue United Sourcing is placing an Occupational Therapist (OT) at a hospital in Torrington for a 13-week contract in a unique 50/50 inpatient and outpatient split setting. This is a clinically diverse opportunity ? one day you are working with inpatient acute cases, the next you are seeing outpatient rehab. It keeps the work interesting and your skills sharp. • $55-$60/hr, DOE
• $5,000 completion bonus upon finishing the 13-week contract
• 13-week contract | Target start: 3/16/2026 (flexible for right candidate)
• 36 hours/week | Full-Time
• 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM | 1-hour lunch break
• Hospital setting | 50% Inpatient / 50% Outpatient | Travel Contract

• Active Compact or WY OT license required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Hospital, inpatient, or outpatient experience preferred
• Comfortable working across both inpatient and outpatient caseloads
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
