Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for a full-time position in a state-operated hospital in Indiana. This leadership role involves clinical and administrative oversight of nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. You'll have the opportunity to lead emergency responses, mentor nursing teams, and play a key role in program improvement initiatives.

• Supervise and support nursing staff in daily clinical and administrative tasks
• Develop and evaluate care programs and therapeutic outcomes in collaboration with leadership
• Lead emergency response efforts and train staff on preparedness
• Conduct safety rounds and ensure quality patient care
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate nursing team performance
• Serve as an interdepartmental liaison to enhance care coordination
• Participate in committees and contribute to nursing policy and procedure improvements
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana (required)
• Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and care planning
• Emergency response and crisis management

Leadership & Communication:

• Effective conflict resolution and team management skills
• Strong communication across multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptive problem-solving in high-pressure scenarios
