Position OverviewGreenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a respected multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY , working in nursing home settings . This role is open to both new graduates and experienced providers , and can be full-time or part-time based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients in nursing home environments
- Perform physical exams, assess patient health, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions as needed
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and compliance regulations

Requirements
Qualifications- Education: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
- Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license & Board Certification
- Experience: New graduates encouraged to apply
- Technical Skills: Proficient in eClinicalWorks EMR
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, autonomy, and collaborative mindset
