What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive exams and manage chronic/acute conditions
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and track patient progress
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in New York
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (AGNP or GNP preferred)
• Board Certified (or eligible)
• Eager to work in geriatrics new grads welcome!
• Skilled in EHRs, chronic disease management, and collaborative care
• Compassionate, communicative, and culturally sensitive

Qualification

Master's Degree
