Our U.S. Tax Practice Group We provide strategic tax advice to clients worldwide, from leading global companies to innovative emerging growth companies who are disrupting business models. We guide clients on their operational tax planning and on general business and transactional matters, including cross-border matters. Clients continuously call on our tax lawyers for their tax needs because we are extremely adept at favorably handling their most important and complex tax issues. Working with our colleagues across practices, we handle tax matters related to: ? M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital ? Partnerships, Investment Funds, and Tax Equity ? REITs and Real Estate Transactions ? Capital Markets and Structured Finance ? International Taxation and Tax Treaties ? Tax Controversies and Litigation ? State and Local Tax ? Non-Profit Organizations Who You Are You are a high performer with 7+ years of non-profit tax expertise to help structure complicated legal entities and transactions that involve both non-profits and for-profits. You have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. You have a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills. You are admitted to the applicable office state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in. This position will be on a 75% reduced hours work arrangement. Salary ranges are $420,000-$435,000 based on 100% FTE, $315,000-$326,250 on a 75% reduced hours schedule. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant?s skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
