NOC Technician HQ - Senior (Government)

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site.

AT&T has an opening for a NOC Technician to support the 24x7 Network Operations Center in providing network monitoring and service

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), customer networks, Intranet and Internet and other data communications systems or a segment of a network system.
• Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.

Required Clearance:

TSSCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must have hands on troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT systems.
• This position requires work on weekends and holidays as the GNOC operates 24/7/365.
• Night Shift (Wednesday/Saturday: 6pm-2am; Thursday/Friday: 6pm-6am)
• Candidate must have a total of 10 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 10 years of relevant work history OR an Associate's and 8 years, a Bachelors? and 6 years, a Masters and 4 years or a PhD and 2 years of relevant work history.

Desired Qualifications:

• Network certifications Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Juniper JNCIA, JNCIS, or JNCIE, ITIL Foundations, and/or CISSP.

Our NOC Technician Senior's earn between $72,000 - $141,563. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
