This firm handles a diverse range of cases, from simple auto versus bicycle incidents to complex catastrophic injury cases against governmental entities for dangerous conditions of public property.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a newer attorney with some experience in personal injury law. While relevant experience is important, fit with the firm's culture is the overriding consideration. The firm is looking for someone who is passionate about advocating for clients and is eager to grow within a supportive environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Opportunities to participate in depositions and other hearings.
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters.

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Required Skills:

Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail.
