As a Network Relations Representative, you will play a critical part in supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective distribution and service to our community partners.?

• Maintain strong relationships with various partner programs, including food pantries and meal programs, providing them with essential support and resources.?

• Assist partners with food orders, respond to inquiries, and help troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth service.?

• Work closely with various departments to facilitate efficient distribution and fulfillment while contributing ideas to enhance our processes and better serve our communities.

• Manage daily administrative tasks like order processing, data entry, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and smooth workflow.?

• Assist in identifying areas for operational efficiency and help implement solutions.?

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in customer service and fulfillment operations.?

• Strong organizational and technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and O365.?

• Excellent communication skills in writing and over the phone, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.?

• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team and learn new concepts?

• Detailed oriented and process driven?

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for travel to partner sites
