MSP Automation Engineer

ProVal Technologies is a consulting firm for Managed IT Service providers, helping them navigate and manage their suite of technology products to support end-customers. Our team helps MSP's leverage best-practices and efficiencies across their tools and technologies, to make MSP's more efficient and profitable.

We are seeking an MSP Automation Engineer to join our team! This individual will assist with development efforts of content we create and customize for our MSP partners. This includes SQL, PowerShell, C#, RMM Scripting via ConnectWise Automate or Kaseya VSA. This also includes working on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms like Rewst and Immybot.

Job Details:

• Salary range: $70,000-$90,000 annually
• Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Requirements

The ideal MSP Automation Engineer candidate will have:

• Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Solid technical background across the entire IT Infrastructure / Managed Services technology stack
• Experience with PowerShell and or other programming language - C#, .NET, SQL
• Experience with RPA tools like Rewst and Immybot preferred
• Experience with RMM tools like ConnectWise Automate or Kaseya preferred
