Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of consulting experience in implementation of S/4 HANA Banking modules (Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML), Collateral Management & Complex Loans) & SAP Banking Services Loans Management / Collateral Management.
• Good understanding of Lending processes in Banking
• Good experience in the Customer Engagement Life cycle from pre-sales, requirement gathering, Solution design, build and implementation.
• Customer facing experience mandatory including good presentation skills
• Hands-on experience in conducting customer workshops for gathering requirements, presenting the solution design to customers and proficiency in making BRD, Functional Specification documents and Process flows.
• Proven success in contributing within a team environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Willing to learn new skills and grow towards the organization's vison
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Keep abreast of industry trends and keep up to date with all industry and solution related developments w.r.t Banking / Insurance / Analytical Banking.

• Good educational background preferably with MBA \ MCA \ Engineering Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and virtual presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual mode.
• Should be familiar with various project methodologies such as waterfall, agile, devops etc..
• Proficiency in writing Solution Design Documemt , Functional Specidication Design documents and Test Scripts.
• Hands on, in configuration of S/4 HANA Banking (CML & CMS) & SAP Banking Services modules (Loans / Collateral Managenent). Shall possess good knowledge on below mentioned topics.

1. CML / CMS Origination Process (Customer (BP) and Loans / Collaterals)
2. CML / CMS Product Configuration and Pricing /Condition Framework
3. Payments
4. Periodic Processing in CML
5. Business Operations
6. End of Day processing
7. Correspondence and Bank Statements
8. Good to know: Webservices, Enterprise Services, PI interfaces, REST API's, OData
