As a Mobile App Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to deliver seamless and engaging mobile experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building mobile apps, a strong understanding of mobile platforms, and a passion for delivering high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Application Development :
• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Implement user-friendly interfaces and interactive features based on design specifications.
• Integrate with back-end services and APIs to support app functionalities.
• Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaboration & Teamwork :
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate mobile apps with back-end systems and services.
• Coordinate with product managers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Testing & Debugging :
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure app functionality across multiple devices and operating systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Use automated testing tools and frameworks to ensure application quality.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Suggest and implement improvements in both code quality and user experience.
• Maintain app performance and provide updates as necessary to keep apps running smoothly.
• Documentation & Reporting :
• Document code, application features, and technical processes to ensure maintainability.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, roadblocks, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

• Education : A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience :
• 2+ years of professional experience in mobile app development (Android, iOS, or both).
• Strong experience with mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native/Flutter for cross-platform).
• Experience working with mobile app architecture, frameworks, and APIs.
• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and working with back-end services.
• Familiarity with mobile databases (e.g., SQLite, Realm) and persistent storage solutions.
• Understanding of mobile app security practices and techniques to safeguard sensitive data.
• Technical Skills :
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and mobile design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with mobile app deployment, publishing, and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization, debugging, and profiling tools.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
