We are seeking a highly skilled Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to join a distinguished team of ABOG board-certified gynecologists in New York, NY . This full-time role emphasizes the use of advanced, minimally invasive, and robotic-assisted surgical techniques to treat complex gynecologic conditions with precision and compassion.

• Perform minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries (laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, robotic-assisted)
• Diagnose and manage complex conditions such as fibroids, pelvic pain, and endometriosis
• Create personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes and recovery
• Collaborate across departments to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and follow best practice guidelines
• Provide mentorship to residents, fellows, and junior clinical staff

Requirements

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Training: Completed OB/GYN residency and fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS)
• Licensure: Active New York State Medical License
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in MIGS
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures
• Robotic-assisted surgery (da Vinci)
• Management of endometriosis, fibroids, and chronic pelvic pain
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication, empathy, and team collaboration
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
