The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in construction law and a strong interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy. Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay claims. Excellent academic credentials (J.D. from a Top 50 law school and Top 25% of class preferred). Texas State Bar License (in good standing).
