JOB GOAL: To provide leadership in developing and maintaining the best possible educational system and service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.????????????? Must be certified in the State of Arizona as a principal and have all the coursework required to carry out the responsibilities fully and effectively. 2.??An understanding and familiarity with Navajo/Hopi education and the particular situation, circumstances, and problems that are involved is preferred. 3.??Arizona SEI Endorsement required (or must obtain within the first year). 4.??Must have a proven successful employment record.
