The ideal candidate will would have 3-5 2-5 years of regulatory experience in one or more of the following general regulatory areas: bank/bank holding company/foreign bank regulation, broker-dealer regulation, clearing agency rules, swap dealer/derivatives regulation, investment adviser/investment company regulation, collateral/collateral enforcement/creditors? rights rights, bank/bank holding company/foreign bank regulation. Interested Interested candidates should be admitted to the New York or D.C. Bar and have excellent credentials.

Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
