Job Description

The New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire an associate for our Debt Finance, Private Credit Practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in private credit or finance matters, including direct lending, exposure to creditor-side transactions, restructurings, and workouts. Experience in asset-backed financings or junior capital/mezzanine financing are a plus. Candidates should have the ability to manage complex transactions, be barred in New York, and have excellent credentials.

Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
