Mental Health Therapist - Outpatient Services

The Bradley Center is excited to announce that our Outpatient Program is growing. We provide traditional outpatient therapy as well as psychiatric and medication management services to children, adults, and families. Additionally, School-Based Mental Health Services are provided to students in multiple school districts in Allegheny and Washington counties. We are looking for confident full and part time, licensed and non-licensed therapists who have the ability to assess, plan, and provide compassionate therapy to those we serve. Therapists manage their caseloads and function independently, while also collaborating with others in a team-based approach to treatment. All activities are in accordance with outpatient regulations, The Joint Commission standards, and trauma-informed treatment.

• Demonstrated capacity to communicate with compassion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
• Skilled in critical thinking and effective problem?solving to support client needs
• Consistently exercises sound judgment, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Maintains a professional demeanor while navigating sensitive or complex client needs
• Highly detail?oriented with strong time?management and task?prioritization abilities

• Build and maintain a positive, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of mental health conditions
• Develop individualized, evidence?based treatment plans tailored to client goals and needs
• Conduct ongoing evaluations to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards

• Master?s degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline, with a degree program that includes a clinical practicum
• NCC or LSW preferred
• Experience diagnosing and providing therapy is preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid PA driver's license or ability to obtain such license, with proof of auto insurance coverage

• A valid PA counseling license, inclusive of LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist
