Responsibilities:

Perform assessments and establish individualized therapy goals.

Continuously evaluate therapy outcomes.
Connect clients with community support systems.
Offer psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.
Record and manage therapy plans.
Provide direct care assistance when necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work).
Licensed as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Two years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling.
