Annual Salary: $110,000 - $130,000, with a full benefits package.
Your Role:
- Guide clients through meaningful therapy sessions, helping them uncover strengths and overcome obstacles.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations to understand each client's unique circumstances.
- Design actionable treatment plans that empower clients to reach their goals.
- Keep organized and thorough records to track client progress.
- Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals who share your commitment to care.
- Provide immediate support to clients facing crises, showing both understanding and leadership.
Requirements
About You:
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and active LMFT licensure are must-haves.
- You're approachable, compassionate, and deeply invested in your clients? well-being.
