As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Trial Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join their firm. This position offers an excellent opportunity for litigation professionals looking to refine their trial skills in a supportive and collaborative environment .

• Court Appearances: Represent clients in hearings, motions, and trial proceedings .
• Depositions: Take and defend depositions, effectively gathering and presenting case evidence.
• Case Review & Analysis: Review records and prepare case evaluations , providing thorough legal insights.
• Client Interaction: Conduct client meetings , providing updates on case developments and trial strategies.
• Legal Drafting: Prepare motions, reports, and legal documentation for case filings.
• Trial Preparation & Litigation: Handle trials with substantial independence , working under the guidance of senior attorneys as needed.

• 2-6 years of trial experience required.
• Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
• Valid driver's license for travel to court cases across the five boroughs and surrounding counties , including:
• Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Dutchess, Sullivan, Orange, Nassau, Mineola, and Suffolk .
• Strong ability to analyze, develop, and present cases in court .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and legal documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
