Medical Malpractice Paralegal

Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks a full-time Medical Malpractice Paralegal for its Hartford, Connecticut office in the following practice areas: Hospital and Medical Malpractice Nursing Home/Long-Term Care Facilities Responsibilities: Organizing case documents and files. Preparing pleadings and forms. Managing discovery including subpoenas and authorizations to obtain records. Completing deposition summaries. Reviewing medical and employment records. Qualifications: At least one year of prior litigation experience. Excellent academic record. Strong research and writing skills. Ability to manage priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in PDF software, particularly Nuance Power PDF. Ability to add Bates stamping, combine files, separate files, and edit PDFs. Salary Range: $55K ? $65K (commensurate with experience).
