Medical Assistant

Part-Time Medical Assistant Position in Blaine, MN QualDerm Partners is looking for a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our Blaine, MN team on a regular part-time basis. • Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and support.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Schedule appointments and assist with office communication as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices.
• Ensure examination rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology-related practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software.

Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
