Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing facility operations and relevant machinery, including CNC, furnaces, and air compressors.
Project Management: Ability to oversee project lifecycle from planning to implementation, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Documentation Expertise: Proficient in evaluating and reviewing technical documents and compliance with Non-Material Requirements (NMR).
