Job Duties

• Maintain and repair Keller owned equipment and vehicles
• Inspect equipment upon return and diagnose any repairs that are needed
• Assist in the tool crib as needed
• Assist with leading other crew members in the shop
• Assist with approving invoices, updating maintenance logs, and ordering supplies
• Enforce and follow OSHA, DOT, and Keller safety standards
• Efficiently work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Ownership mentality and detailed workmanship

Skills & Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work. Minimum 2 years of experience - Preferred
• Ability to operate all Keller owned equipment
• Valid Class A CDL - Preferred
• If not a current CDL holder, must obtain within 6 months of hire date
• Knowledge of DOT requirements
• Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (50lbs ground to shoulder, 80lbs ground to carry height)
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
• Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Maintain a clean and safe work space
