Founded by Walter Keller, our company has a rich history and a strong foundation. In 1989, Walter was named Chairman of the Board, and since then, our current officers - Cory VandeWettering as President, Steve Klessig as Vice President of Architecture and Engineering, Craig Otis as Senior Vice President of Construction, and Douglas Stecker, CPA as Vice President of Finance/CFO - have continued to lead our company towards success.
At Keller Inc., we believe in the power of employee ownership. In 1986, we established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), making our company 100% owned by our employees. This unique concept not only fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility among our team members, but also results in a higher level of professionalism and quality in our projects.
