What You Will Do

Support the sustainment program

Ownership of Material Forecast and identification of risks and opportunities

Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans

Support all program, SBU, and company level financial requirements

Manage material budgets and report out via EACs on supported programs

Execute make/buy/where process

Assist with the generation of Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW)

Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests

Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management

Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance

Facilitate supplemental documentation (DD254, NDA, FDA, SSJ, etc.)

Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues

Support Gates 0-11, as needed

Willing to travel domestically, as required

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience

Use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and Power point)

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience managing budgets in support of the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process

EVMS certification

Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate?s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
