We are currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Manager who is enthusiastic about wellness and embodies a client-centered approach. This role will focus on executing and enhancing our marketing strategies within the Naples and Florida territory. You will have the opportunity to shape the marketing direction of our services and engage meaningfully with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and client engagement across our services.
  • Drive user acquisition efforts through strategic planning and execution across various marketing channels.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify and leverage marketing opportunities.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring strong ROI and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to establish long-term marketing objectives and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a solid understanding of the wellness industry preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis and strategic thinking, combined with creativity in campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results in marketing initiatives and user engagement.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility in schedule and a results-driven mindset.
