Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Onsite - San Diego

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and social media marketing.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximized ROI.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, including analytics, automation, and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for marketing and brand development in the life sciences sector.
