Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager at Trinitedigital will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement. You will lead a dynamic team, working to develop innovative marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for enhancement to ensure we remain at the forefront of the digital marketing industry.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that improve brand recognition and drive customer acquisition.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and reporting metrics, using data to inform decision-making for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with corporate objectives.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a successful track record in managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and ROI measurement.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
