Marketing Manager

Symmetrio is recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator on behalf of an innovative startup medical device company experiencing exciting growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, highly organized marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to help build and support marketing operations within a growing organization. The Marketing Coordinator ?will support a broad range of marketing activities including trade shows, event coordination, marketing communications, collateral development, project management, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to wear multiple hats within a startup environment. The position will work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong execution and organizational skills. ?This?is an ON-SITE, in office position based in the San Diego Metro area. ?Compensation is?$85,000 ? $100,000 base salary, depending on experience. • Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Approximately 5?10+ years of marketing, marcom, event coordination, or project management experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience coordinating trade shows, meetings, or events strongly preferred
• General understanding of marketing fundamentals, marketing communications, and project coordination
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in an onsite, team-oriented environment
• Medical device or healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required
