Marketing Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven bilingual Marketing Intern with a primary focus on content creation, event management and influencer management. The ideal candidate should be outgoing and enjoy socializing, also have a strong relationship with the local communities and a grasp of various platforms like WeChat and Little Red Book.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate engaging content in both languages on platforms like WeChat, Little Red Book, LinkedIn, etc.
• Identify and build relationships with local communities and influencers relevant to the industry to increase brand exposure.
• Build relationships with university clubs and organizations to improve brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce marketing material including PowerPoint, flyers, etc.
• Support company-hosted and co-hosted events, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Working towards a BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, UI/UX Design, or other related fields.
• Strong social networking skills, willing to build up connections in local technology and entrepreneur communities.
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, and event coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box.
• Mandarin is a must.

This is a part time paid internship that requires 5-20 onsite hours per week in our San Jose office.
