About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Pune. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build a strong online presence. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop promotional strategies. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights. Organize and participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches. Monitor SEO and website analytics to optimize digital performance. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets for advertising and branding activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media. Creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
