Marketing Associate, Renewable Energy

In this role, you will support the execution of our marketing strategies while promoting our mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions. • Assist in crafting and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Generate and curate engaging content for our website, social media channels, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Analyze marketing metrics to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Support brand management initiatives to enhance market presence and recognition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key projects and marketing initiatives.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications (internships included).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.

Benefits The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is $70,000 to $85,000; provided, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
