Under the direction of?the Digital?and Social Media?Marketing?Manager,?the?Marketing & Content Coordinator supports JCC Greater Boston?s marketing and communications efforts by creating compelling content and coordinating marketing initiatives that highlight the breadth of programs, events, services, and experiences offered across the organization. The?Marketing & Content Creator?will work?collaboratively alongside a team?in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,?building relationships?with various stakeholders to implement innovative marketing strategies?that?promote our programs and services.?This position?is?responsible for?managing?one or more of the?organization's social media?accounts, creating compelling content?and marketing collateral for print and digital use, and?assisting?in capturing photo and video assets for the Marketing team?s use. Requirements Education and Experience:?College degree?required; degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field preferred.?1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management?required. Experience working with?Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,), and Campaign Monitor or equivalent email marketing tools?is needed; experience with?WordPress or similar?CMS?a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted at the JCC?s discretion to meet?this?minimum?hiring?criteria. Skills and Abilities:???
