L3Harris? Communication Systems segment is currently seeking Electronic Technicians to join our team.

This position will be based at our Rochester, NY facility. This position offers relocation

Essential Functions:

Responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products.

Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics.

Basic troubleshooting skills are required.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.

Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience

1 year of experience should include troubleshooting product, subassembly, and diagnosing circuit board failures to component level

1 year of experience with multimeters

Preferred Additional Skills

Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory; Associates degree (technical discipline) is preferred

Electronics / RF or Digital Troubleshooting Experience preferred.

Experience with L3Harris RFCD products and assembly processes is preferred

Able to perform LabVIEW driven automated tests

Familiar with basic test equipment, i.e. Signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers

Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams

MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

Regularly demonstrates a positive attitude

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $22.11 - $41.35. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
