Job Description

Overview We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer with 2+ years of experience to help us develop, implement, and optimize cost-effective manufacturing processes at our Maryville facility. We're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on problem solver to elevate our operations. This is an ownership-driven opportunity for an engineer who thrives on managing the complete lifecycle of manufacturing processes with minimal supervision. As you grow, so will your impact. You'll lead critical cost-reduction and continuous improvement projects, champion lean principles, and collaborate cross-functionally with everyone from Product Engineering to Quality and Purchasing. We are a team-oriented environment that values autonomy, technical expertise, and results.
