Financial Controller

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure compliance, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, auditing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Develop financial controls and risk management frameworks.
• Analyze profitability, departmental costs, and revenue performance.
• Support leadership with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Manage banking relationships, vendor payments, and treasury functions.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

• CA (Mandatory); MBA Finance preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Prior healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS, taxation, audits, and financial controls.
