Manager Commercial Technologies, Salesforce

The Software Development Manager will be responsible for managing the SDLC lifecycle for Sonexus ConnectSource, Salesforce and LogicApps platforms focusing on new development, support and governance for on-shore and off-shore development resources.

Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience.

Commercial Technologies Software Engineering develops design options, process improvements and back-end solutions for commercial technologies to maximize performance and suitability for business needs. This job family manages engineering projects and plans for commercial technologies and interfaces with product managers to develop objectives. This job family assesses product systems, identifies opportunities for process and system improvements, and develops solutions through application of engineering principles.

Responsibilities

Establish an on-shore Salesforce team with the appropriate skillsets to support the platform

Directly managing on-shore resources supporting Salesforce.com ecosystem in place for Sonexus.

Indirectly manages off-shore resources

Work cross functionally with adjacent technology leaders to deliver solutions for clients

Identify, estimate and plan development efforts, including technical debt

Manage Salesforce contracts including transaction and data volume needs

Participate in planning future state roadmap of our Salesforce ecosystem

Qualifications

8+ years of experience, preferred

5+ years managing Salesforce development

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated salary range:

$121,600 - $182,385
