We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Consultant / Project Director to lead and manage complex projects within the Healthcare, EHR, and US Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage teams and allocate work. As a Management Consultant / Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from initial planning and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment. You will also be expected to provide strategic guidance and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that projects align with their overall business objectives. • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
• Allocate work effectively to team members based on their skills and experience.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure that projects meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to clients.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Contribute to the development of project management best practices.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare industry regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and project management.
• Strong understanding of the Healthcare, EHR, and US Healthcare domains.
• Experience with Dot Net development.
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Experience with client relationship management.
• PMP certification is a plus.
