Responsibilities
- Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting clients with identifying their needs and providing solutions
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful professional relationships
- Use tools such as App Annie, and Mobile Action to conduct keyword research and justify your selection with data
- Collaborating with account managers & internal teams to ensure 100% timely execution of campaigns
- Working actively to prepare & participate in the client-facing meeting
- Creating convincing progress summaries with the help of data representation using Google Workspace
- Using tools like Slack, Trello, G Suite, Google Play Console, Google Analytics, App Store Connect, App Annie, Mobile Action, etc.
Requirements
- In this role, you will be expected to possess excellent written and spoken English skills as well as a sound knowledge of MS Office. If you have superior customer interaction skills, a knack for problem-solving, and strong project and report-writing capabilities, this position could be the perfect fit for you
- Outstanding customer service, project management, and report writing skills to help the company continue to drive exceptional results
- Have good command over language & should be able to steer a conversation
- Someone who is immensely confident when it comes to speaking on calls & presentations
- Should be able to pre-plan tasks & work with multiple teams
