Maintenance Technician

Parallel Employment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing client in East Troy! The manufacturing company is a 5th generation family-owned, precision metals manufacturer. Products include tubing, extruded shapes, and cold-drawn shapes spanning specialty carbon, alloy, stainless steel, nickel alloy, and titanium. The maintenance technician will be preforming electrical maintenance.

1st shift 7am-3pm Monday- Friday

2nd shift 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday

Wage $25.00-$38.00

Requirements

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Responsible for the timely completion of work orders placed through the Mill CMMS.

• Participate in problem solving teams and kaizen events to improve operating performance.

• Demonstrated ability trouble shooting PLC's

• Participate in Team meetings of Maintenance Team Members and Cross Functional Teams as directed.

• Complete Preventative Maintenance procedures and equipment improvement activities.

• Inspects and inventories site-generated hazardous waste staging areas.
• Has the authority to stop processes to correct quality, safety, or environmental problems, and to promptly notify Supervisory personnel when processes are non-compliant.
