Maintenance Technician

USA Clinics group is growing and seeking for a seasoned Maintenance Technician to join our growing New York based Facilities team!

Responsibilities

• Assisting with building repairs and maintenance
• Installing or repairing glass, tile, screens, locks, drapes, blinds
• Replacing light bulbs
• Assisting with electrical repairs to appliances, fixtures, switches and circuits
• Assisting with Plumbing repairs
• Assisting with the relocation of furniture, general clean-up at facilities, and support during company events or new location openings
• Preventative maintenance on equipment
• Travel between locations. Sometimes several in one day.
• Organize selling and removing of equipment from centers
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Additional duties as assigned

Starting salary ranges from $41,000 to $55,000 a year.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance
• Familiarity with hand-tools and equipment, required
• Able to handle physical workload
• Deadline oriented
• High attention to detail
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Organizational skills
• Some computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must have a car or means of transportation
