Job Description

Overview We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join a highly disciplined, automation-focused manufacturing operation. You will be joining a clean, structured facility that utilizes advanced robotics and automated systems to supply high-quality components to the automotive industry. This is not a typical "fix-it-when-it-breaks" environment. We are looking for a process owner who wants to build for the long term. You will play a critical role in optimizing equipment uptime, integrating new technologies, and refining processes to ensure our plant operates at peak efficiency. If you are a patient, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow with a company that has significant room for expansion, we want to hear from you. • Cost Reduction & Process Efficiency?? Actively look for ways to reduce maintenance overhead and spare parts consumption without sacrificing quality, ensuring the department runs lean and effective.
  • Equipment Commissioning & Integration?? Collaborate with the team to install, commission, and test new production equipment, ensuring it meets safety standards and operational requirements from Day 1.
  • Root Cause Analysis?? utilize a structured approach to problem-solving. We are not looking for quick patches; we are looking for permanent solutions that prevent recurrence.
