Join Our Team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician!
Location: Concord, NC
Shift:
6:00pm-6:00am or 6:00am-6:00pm depends on what shift is available
(2-2-3 schedule) - Must be available to work every other weekend
Pay Range:
$25-$35.00/hr

Our client, a leading local beverage manufacturer, is on the lookout for experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join their dynamic team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with significant growth potential within the company. What You'll Do:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and facility equipment.
Adhere to all established safety rules and regulations.
Execute work orders promptly as assigned by the planner/scheduler or management.
Troubleshoot and repair high-speed filling and packaging equipment.
Calibrate various equipment and instruments as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Experience with high-speed filling and packaging equipment is a plus.
A strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Specific Skills Needed:
Experience repairing and maintaining fillers, case packers, conveyor systems, palletizers, and water purification systems.
Familiarity with working a 2-2-3 schedule and 12-hour shifts.
Experience in a production-related industry.
Proficiency in working with hydraulics, HVAC, schematics, PVC, and electrical maintenance.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
